I could barely stay up for that game as it lasted till almost 3 am, but what an insane game. Ohtani was on base NINE times last night. 4-4 with 2 homers and 2 doubles and then was intentionally walked his last 5 plate appearances. Absolutely absurd stat line

I know some of the players had good numbers against LHP, but I just don’t think a lineup featuring Rob Refsnyder and Romy Gonzalez batting lead off and cleanup and a lineup with Nick Sogard and Nate Eaton in general is ideal at all in a playoff series. This team could really use another elite hitter who isn’t only useful as a platoon bat, someone who can hit both handed pitchers, or at least isn’t completely useless against hand of pitcher. -
You lasted 6 days longer and won a wild card series. Congrats! Keep whining and trolling! Both teams accomplished nothing of note this season.
