Tanaka also gave up solid singles to JBJ and Holt, a bullet to Mookie, and struggled to throw strikes to Devers and Hanley, wasn't like it came out of nowhere. I would've had someone warming after Mookie ripped that double and he allowed hits to two guys really struggling (Holt/JBJ).

This. People need to realize this, he is very streaky, but overall, he has been a positive impact on the team the last three seasons, he's fine.

Just got home, this game looks like a s*** show. It was only a matter of time before Sanchez and Stanton started hitting, was hoping it would be after this series, but it is what it is, hopefully Price's injury isn't serious.

The announcers on ESPN have mentioned about 5000 times tonight that the Yankees will be one of best teams in league, they're just dealing with injuries. Yeah, the Sox don't have Xander, Pedroia and Pomeranz hurt or anything, Yankees are only team in league with injuries.
