    Starkville is the epitome of a college town. It's awesome. I'm actually going down to Oxford for the game Saturday, State and OM.

    I've never been to New Orleans. The games I went to were the '07 Liberty (Mississippi State/UCF), '08 Music City (Boston College/Vanderbilt), and '09 Liberty (Arkansas/ECU). All have been brutally cold, but very good games.

    Anyone watch the Liberty Bowl yesterday? I ended up going and we somehow got tickets for basically half-price. We sat in the ECU section, which made it even better considering I hate Arkansas anyway. It was SO effing cold. My feet were seriously hurting, and I wore 2 pairs of socks. Fun game though, despite Arkansas winning 20-17 in OT. The ECU kicker missed FOUR field goals, 2 of which would have been game winners. Sigh. I've made a bowl game 3 years running now. It was also pretty fun crashing tailgates and pretending to be part of the party while bumming free food/drinks. That was awesome.

    Wow, I totally missed that then. As for Holliday, I wouldn't be surprised for the Mets to swoop in and try to grab him.

    Dojji, tell me this - would you do the Thomas deal over again knowing what you know now? As in, that Rask can clearly do the job and do it well. You were a big time defender of it this summer. Just curious where you stand now.
