    Wow. Speak of the devil.... A buddy of mine sent me this link: http://www.razorbackhockey.com/ And apparently Mississippi State has hockey too. Wooo! And we are also freaking terrible. Our first 2 games against Arkansas we lost 14-0 and 21-2. Good times! So the SEC now has Mississippi State, Arkansas, Vanderbilt, and LSU with hockey teams. All joking aside, I think it's pretty cool regardless of how bad we are.

    I was watching the Packers game when that happened and was a little confused at the time too. I thought something was wrong. I'm still a little surprised Crosby missed the FG at the end.

    Hahaha, you're probably right. But sitting in 9th place I would take that in a hearbeat. Hopefully Gus can work some magic with the team.

    Wow. I'd do that in a heartbeat if I was Atlanta. They need to at least do something. The Braves have been terrible over the past 3 years. Giving up Escobar would be tough but I'd definitely still do it.

    Wow. What a nice, nice comeback win. This is a GOOD Toronto team we beat tonight.

    That could happen, but when you consider who the Nats were throwing out there all the time last year it's not so bad. Their pitching rotation and depth was bottom of the barrell. Olsen isn't great, but he's serviceable and I think will do a fairly decent job for them. Willingham will probably hit a few more HR's now that he's out of that abyss of a ballpark.

    I think Olsen is in his arbitration year so it was expected he'd be dealt. Willingham is a nice pickup for Washington. I remember when we thought he might be involved in the Manny deal.

    Celtics in trouble now, down 15 to Toronto. Side note, did anyone know that NBA audio league pass was free? All you have to do is register and you can listen to every game the whole season. I don't have the actual League Pass so I just listen to Grandy and Maxwell. Pretty convienient.

    Even if Salty ended up being the worst player of all time, the unintentional comedy of hearing Jerry Remy try to pronounce his last name would be off the charts. We need to make this happen. On a serious note it's an intriguing possibility. He obviously has some parts of his game he needs to improve upon, but I think he could be a solid player. I remember going to a few Mississippi Braves games (Atlanta's AA affiliate) a couple summers ago when he was 20 or 21 and he was absolutely crushing the ball.

    Wow, Oakland definitely wasn't on my short list of teams I thought he would get traded too. Surprising. It'll be interesting to see who Colorado receives in return.

    If there was a college hockey team somewhere within a 1,000 mile radius of me, I probably could get into it. But there isn't. The only time I really watch is when the NCAA Tournament and Frozen Four comes around. Can anyone imagine some SEC hockey? That would be great. Maybe then I could really get into it!

    Celtics dominating the Pistons in the 1st half. Tony Allen has 13. I'll be honest with yall - my dad (who has grown up as a die hard Celtics fan) has officially converted me. I've watched or listened to all the Celtics games this year, and have just really enjoyed it all. Call me a bandwagoner or whatever I don't care, but I'm 100% behind them from this point on.
