    You know what would make me feel a little more confident? If Tito actually looked PISSED. He looks like a sad boy who just lost his dog. IMO this is a time you need to raise your voice and tear the team a new *******. There's a time for being loose and relaxed and there's a time to put down the foot. Light a fire.

    My biggest problem with the SS situation is that Lowrie is rotting away on the bench. He's at the point in his career where he NEEDS at bats and really hasn't gotten a chance to prove himself because of the wrist injury. Its such a waste. Scutaro is a below average SS at best, let the young guy with a high ceiling prove himself. I just don't get letting a young guy rot on the bench.

    I also don't think it's a coincidence that Randy Johnson's best years came when he moved to the NL. Pedro bested him for 7 years while in the big-bat AL East.

    With the 3 subpar to outright awful starts out the gate, they need a strong outing from Beckett. Spring training's over, the games count, lets get the starting pitching on track.

    I got really into the Sox in '03. I had been slowly becoming more interested the previous couple years, but it just wasn't something that ever progressed into a full fandom when I was younger.

    Atchison and Wake? Really? I know Wake has history with this team, but I feel a LOT safer with just about anyone on the mound than Wake at this point... except maybe Atchison. Sure, he can give you multiple innings... of suck. I'd take any rookies over them, at least they have potential...
