    Cole left the Sept 7 game with an injury. He pitched 7 days later. Coming into the play in game, he threw 22.2IP 28H 16ER 26K 7BB since he left Sept 7th with an injury. That's 6.34ERA 1.54WHIP after his hammy went. He never should have started that game

GB should have been DP but bobbled and only one out for Story. Dalbec gets the only pitch missed for single. Not really his fault. Live by the sinker, die by the sinker

    There you go with that again. The numbers dont back you up. He hasnt been "the same" since he got hurt and pitched through it. Today tells you nothing. It is opening day and he was limited to 65 pitches

    White Sox sign Cueto to a MiLB deal with a $4.2 mil MLB deal if he gets called up by May 15. Why didn’t the Sox do this? He actually had a pretty good 2021 and showed good velocity, low walk rate and a reasonable HR rate. FIP was solid right around 4. Heck, I’m surprised the Yanks didn’t get him at this price.
