You figure the yankees need to finish the sweep today, then sweep you guys in Fenway, then pick up 2 more games in the rest of the schedule, when you guys have a slightly easier September than we do. It isnt likely. BUT, this does remind me a bit of 2004, but reversed. Going into the playoffs, you guys were the better team, but we had the huge early season lead. Role reversal, we shall see how it plays out. But I think it goes to show that we can take down your top 2 pretty easily even while wasting lots of opportunities. And having the Joba fit into the 8th inning has been nothing short of awesome.
