    No, this is not the same team who came back from 3-0. That team had Pedro and a strong bullpen, and an emotional clubhouse guy, Millar. We also had a pretty good rotation with Lowe, Wakefield and Arroyo behind the big 2. This team has a streaky offense, only occasionally providing support behind Manny and Papi. We have Schilling, our ace, not as good as he was in 2004. We have Wells, who has been good lately, but who knows what he will do in his last month of his career. Josh Beckett, hopefully our ace of the future, is our shithole of the present, giving us a lovely 5.35 ERA, and the nickname of Nuke LaLoosh (deservingly). Jon Lester, a quality starter in the first few of his starts, collapsed, and honestly, who didn't see it coming? A rookie brought up too early, and when he won, he just barely did it, getting out of a lot of serious jams. He is now about as reliable as Lenny DiNardo. Jason Johnson sucks.

I know the season is not over for the Red Sox, there is still a glimmer of hope, but you guys really socked it to us.

    Guys, offense is not the problem with our team. Schilling and Wells have been the only guys to give us respectable performances in recent memory (seriously, when was the last time someone else made a quality start? July?). Sure, 0 runs today, but when you average 6 runs over 4 games and you lose all, you're bad.
