    Here's the thing. I said Kaz Ishii lite, did I not? Meaning he will not be as good as Kaz Ishii. And of course when I said Kaz Ishii I meant ignoring the fact that he was in the league for 4 years.

    Ugh...wasn't one of the reasons we sucked last year because we didn't have a serviceable 5 hitter? WMP could do it I guess, but JD Drew would be nice. I'd rather have 14 mil more in payroll and make the playoffs than 14 less and don't.

    I would not do Milledge for Willis straight up, but Milledge would have to be included. You do bring up a good point about the division...if all things were equal, the Marlins would rather deal Willis to the Yanks than Mets.

    Can we please avoid having Lugo hit leadoff? Youk or Coco would be much better.

    Hmm...Coco for Betan is intriguing. That guy is an unbelievable fielder, has decent speed, but besides that is kinda empty on the offensive side...not a bad average, doesn't walk at all. I think if we can avoid dealing Coco, do so, he will rebound in 2007.

    Just heard on the halftime report, could be a possible Antoine Walker or James Posey for Corey Maggette deal...thatd be a very nice deal for the Heat...they're startin to get desperate now, but this would be wise.
