  2. I don't think its an issue anymore actually.
  3. Contrary to popular belief, there is still baseball being played. Not watching tonight (concert), but I'll definitely tune in to every other game I can. http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g96/ShockedSim/worldseriestrophy.jpg 2008 MLB World Series http://tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn:LuyIcF0iZy-dkM:http://www.allphiladelphiasports.com/buddy_icons/phillies/phillies2.jpgPhiladelphia Philles vs http://tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn:HyUCWbJl22p1cM:http://assets.espn.go.com/i/teamlogos/mlb/sml/tam.gifTampa Bay Rays World Series Schedule Game =||= Matchup =||= Day =||= Date =||= Probable Pitchers (PHILLIES LEAD 2-1) Gm 1 Philadelphia Phillies @ Tampa Bay Rays Wed Oct. 22 Cole Hamels (14-10, 3.09) vs. Scott Kazmir (12-8, 3.49)PHILLIES WIN 3-2 Gm 2 Philadelphia Phillies @ Tampa Bay Rays Thu Oct. 23 Brett Myers (10-13, 4.55) vs. James Shields (14-8, 3.56)RAYS WIN 4-2 Gm 3 Tampa Bay Rays @ Philadelphia Phillies Sat Oct. 25 Matt Garza (11-9, 3.70) vs. Jamie Moyer (16-7, 3.71)PHILLIES WIN 5-4 Gm 4 Tampa Bay Rays @ Philadelphia Phillies Sun Oct. 26 Andy Sonnanstine (13-9, 4.38) vs. Joe Blanton (9-12, 4.69) Gm 5* Tampa Bay Rays @ Philadelphia Phillies Mon Oct. 27 TBD Gm 6* Philadelphia Phillies @ Tampa Bay Rays Wed Oct. 29 TBD Gm 7* Philadelphia Phillies @ Tampa Bay Rays Thu Oct. 30 TBD
  4. Hell, Kottaras has caught Zink, and he has been throw around in the 09 debate. We shouldn't pick a backup catcher based on his ability to catch Wakefield.
  5. He'll be 37 next year, its hard to imagine him improving significantly. And he had a .672 OPS this year, below the .700-.800 area he's normally in. I have zero confidence in him.
  6. Yeah, I'd like him as a bottom of the rotation guy. Might be pricy for that kind of a slot though. In LA, he posted a 1.37 and 1.30 WHIP in his last 2 full seasons, and was awful in the time that he pitched in 2008. He's definitely interesting though.
  7. Well that wouldn't "surprise" me. But I don't really expect it.
  8. I like Jed. He'll improve upon last year. But we'll see on Diaz.
  9. If this: 62 IP, 2.61 ERA, 1.16 WHIP, 60 K, 23 BB is brutal, then I would like to see what you consider good.
  10. I would be pretty surprised by this myself. .280/15/80 is more what I expect.
  11. It's Marlon, not Paul.
  12. He is getting older, doesn't really excite me much. No way he ever puts up 2007 numbers again.
  13. Unfortunately not all hookers are women.
  14. What a field day for the Pats.
  15. Yeah, you're gonna want to go ahead and not mess with YOTN.
  16. Not by the looks of it, he was basically hunting him down.
  17. Mary, just so you know, Gom is obsessed with Star Wars. I'll let you go from there.
  18. Does he have history with that QB?
  19. Worrrrrd Sammy Morris. 13-0 Pats.
  20. Gom: http://www.nndb.com/people/441/000031348/star-wars-kid-1.jpg
  21. Wait no I have Gostkowski not the Pats D.
