    I wouldn't want any part of Zito--he would be a disaster. I think they will have something like this: Shill Beckett Wake Lester (if he can make it) AAA guy or Snyder I think they will give Snyder a look in spring training and either give him the 5 hole or the long relief guy. I keep hearing rumblings about Paps coming back into the rotation, but i don't see them giving up on him as a closer unless they can get a great closer in the offseason---because Hansen may be that guy in the future, but it's not next year!

    Geez, a hokie fan:rolleyes: I live in the middle of "hokie nation" and it's really annoying. Every saturday all you see is those stupid flags on everyone's car---that is until they lose a game, and then the flags are put away till the next year. Hokie fans down here a real fairweather. I am not saying that about you, it's just something all my friends comment on when they come to visit during football season:D Anyway I am a Nebraska fan, so we will see if they can do anything this year

    Jay Payton is officially a retard. Cervasio interviewed him and he says something like " well it's hard to feel sorry for the sox since we've gone through the same thing this year as they have" Really, you've had that many people hurt and out all at once---nice try retard

    I don't know about that. normaly tito is vague in his interviews regarding this stuff. He would say something like "i haven't heard anything about that", but he was very forceful in saying that nothing is happening. We'll see i guess

    I would guess that he means Tek is the difference maker,..ie working with the pitching staff and preparing for games (and leadership) while our offense is worthless without Tizzle in it

    I love belli, but i would have stuck with bard. What doesn't make sense is they keep talking about the youth movement and give up on bard so that wake does better this year. Belli can catch wake (which doesn't matter now) however he can't be an everyday catcher if tek went down--and that's what's happened....Sometimes the FO doens't make much sense

    Wow, and i thought i was the only one........what's even worse is tonight when gabbard is hung upside down in the showers, i will still be sitting there blankly staring at the tv. Mabey i will get lucky and the game be on NESN--i don't know how much more FSN i can take

    Great, so there is a good possiblility that hanley will be the starting SS for a playoff team while Ortiz and Manram watch the playoffs-------Nice work FO:rolleyes:
