The Braves can easily come back and contend in a weak NL if go out and build a bullpen correctly. Don't expect Smoltz or any big name traded from Atlanta without giving a shitload back because look who you are dealing with.

Schuerholtz has said he is not trading him especially when he has a reasonable option for 8 million for next year and they expect mike hampton to return to go along with Tim Hudson and Chuck James to form a solid 4 man rotation. And the Sox need Hansen right now because do you trust Seanez and Tavarez to have important roles. Plus Timlin can't be a work horse anymore at age 40.

He having a better year than any right fielder in the game. He is an allstar for a reason because he is a very good hitter along with being a gold glove fielder.

Hansen is going nowhere just like Zito and Smoltz are not getting traded. There is nothing on the trade market. If people thought last years was weak at the deadline this year could be even weakier.
