    That I don't have. But Bowden and Buchholz are the 2 top pitching prospects in the system and if we keep getting performances like we saw from Buchholz tonight slowly these guys will become untouchables in my eyes.

    Michael Bowden has been promoted to Wilmington to start on Saturday against Lynchburg. I got the info from a source close to the Blue Rocks. Saturday is Bowden's turn in the rotation and as of right now no starter is listed on the Wilmington game notes.

    To me this raises the question how much Beckett was holding back to avoid blisters this year.

    Basically Beckett takes the chains off himself and goes back to himself and we see blisters. now we know why he has been pretty much holding back all year.

    Bruney can come back up if a player gets injured. As for Hughes there is no reason for him at this point in the year to go anymore than 5 innings. He has had a tremendous year and this is the time of the year the yankees are watching his innings and getting him in the process of shutting him down for the year.
