^ This is asinine but not surprising. Robles is a journeyman bum. But he has been in one of the best stretches of his undistinguished journeyman career. It has come at a great time for the Red Sox. That being said, I still get very nervous when he takes the mound in a big situation, because I have seen too many times where he has come into a game and given up a string of 3 or more XBHs. Accusing me of wanting the Red Sox to lose is Jack assery pure and simple. But it is coming from a Jack ass, so it is predictable.

I don’t remember the incident with the note card. What happened?

Comparing Sale to Robles and Davis? LOL!

Sign stealing has been done for years, but the Astros took the cheating to another level —one that warranted a huge investigation.
  5. a700hitter
Robles vomited after he was taken out of the game. I vomited while he was pitching.
  6. a700hitter
You can’t argue with the results, but Robles and Davis stink.

Pivetta reminded me of Nate in LA in 2018.
  8. a700hitter
But his CERA sucks and he can’t cram pitches.

Wow! Vazquez ends it! All is good. Cora dodges the second guessing as his guys bail him out.
  10. a700hitter
Both ways. It seems that he has played like a superstar for years against us.

Pivetta is terrific tonight. Robles was Robles and putting him out there was a mistake. Cora was a manager in search of failure and he found it with Robles

If the runner doesn’t score on this it is a major break. Why does weak hitting KK hurt us so often?
  13. a700hitter
He scares me when he is at bat.
  14. a700hitter
    Pivetta’s move looks slow.
  15. a700hitter
    Same here.

Can our hitters pull Cora’s bacon out of the fire?
  17. a700hitter
When your best starting pitcher is getting outs and has less than 100 pitches, you send him out for another inning to eliminate some pigs from the the bullpen rotation. 4 innings from this bullpen is too much to expect.
  18. a700hitter
it would have cut out the need for Robles.
  19. a700hitter
Cora f***ed up the bullpen rotation tonight. Robles and Davis should never be the top options in high leverage situations in big games.
  20. a700hitter
Schwarber looking like Keith Hernandez out there.
  21. a700hitter
And there goes the lead. f***!
  22. a700hitter
    Huge pitch by Robles.
  23. a700hitter
I see regret on Cora’s face in the dugout.
  24. a700hitter
This is the Robles that I have come to know. HR, Double. Hopefully, he can stop it before the lead is gone
  25. a700hitter
    Robles is a bum.
