    Kimbrel is back up.
  2. a700hitter
He has had a good game.
  3. a700hitter
Getting picked off was Devers' first rookie mistake. He was entitled to one.
  4. a700hitter
For now. Kelly could be coming in to serve up another 800 ft HR.
  5. a700hitter
    Without the power.
  6. a700hitter
Because Farrell used him yesterday and won and he thinks their is a causal link.
  7. a700hitter
He can't recognize the slider and always chases them out of the zone.
  8. a700hitter
i am worried that they are rushing him. LOL! It could ruin the kid.

Sale and the Sox are on their own tonight. No 700 at the game mojo tonight.

If Sanchez got a hit to increase the lead to 7 or 8 to 3, we were going to leave. We stayed and almost everyone else stayed too. What a game! The last 2 games have been so exciting that they could wake the dead. This kid Devers is unbelievable. He swung at Chapman's 98 mph heater like it was BP and hit a rope. I was talking about this kid's baseball IQ with Spudboy yesterday. His baseball instincts are off the charts for his age or any age. Did the announcers say that he did the 8th inning double steal on his own. He did it the right way. He got such a good jump that there wasn't even a throw. He went in standing. This kid is impressive on TV, but at the game I watch him intently and his instincts and judgment are excellent.

Lurch strikes again. who is that warming in the own?
  12. a700hitter
Devers is awesome. He has such good pitch recognition and never commits early. Beautiful catch by AB and I am quick to point out his flubs. what are they saying about pom's leg?

What is the latest word on our injured guys -- Pedroia and Price?
  14. a700hitter
And they had 4 first pitches tonight. Last 2 were by Conigliaro brothers.
  15. a700hitter
    Not that I saw.

    At the game mojo.

There were 2 outs and it was the winning run and it would take a perfect relay to get him so it was a good move. If there had been one out, it would not have been a good move. This team has been making an inordinate number of outs with one out or no outs. Aggressiveness is not a good defens for those. Stupidity is a good explanation for those moves.

It's not that easy sometimes. Many of the tabs have fallen off and the yellow highlighting has faded.

It was the most exciting finish that I have seen in person since David Ortiz walk off 3 run home run against the Texas Rangers with 2 outs and 2 strikes. My memory told me that CJ Wilson was the victim, but was Otsuka.
  20. a700hitter
    LOL! I cant remember.
  21. a700hitter
Yep, this is going down a bad road.

You mean losers from back in the day when one team from each league made the postseason. There were no playoffs, no wild card. You went to the World Series if you finished with the best record in your league. Everyone else went home. There was a 4 team pennant race going into the last day of the season and three teams were still alive on the final day, But for that 1967 team, 2004 never happens, ... at least not in Boston. They were on the verge of leaving town, but the 1967 cardiac kids breathed life into a dead franchise and went on a streak of 17 consecutive winning seasons. It brought baseball back to all of New Rngland.
  23. a700hitter
You are too busy poster shopping.
  24. a700hitter
Did the announcers mention whether Bradley had previously thrown out a runner from third at home plate on a basehit?
  25. a700hitter
i think he was waiting for the runner to clear in front of him.
