    I would have let Porcello work his way out of the inning. Other than Altuve’s HR, he had them hitting the call on the ground. Plus, I have no faith in Hembree. on another note, Benintendi botched that play letting the 4 th run score.

    Devers is no lock to be the 3rd baseman of the future. His defense needs a lot of improvement. His offense has been spotty and inconsistent and has not overcome his defensive shortcomings to justify keeping him in the lineup. I don’t think we will see a lot of him in the post season.

    How does it look when you look at the entire first round and not the #1 overall pick? ARod and Junior, and those other overall #1 picks were freaks. The fall off after those picks in the first round was tremendous.

    I would be flexible on the 3/4 spots depending on matchups and how they have been throwing the ball at the end of the regular season.

    HS kids are probably not the best use of a high first round pick unless it is Bryce Harper.
