  1. Can the 2019 team survive Devers' iron glove.
  2. The mods have blocked these idiot trollers from joining, but the are still getting pm through. The members can help with that. I went into General Settings and turned off PMs. Fools tire quickly without immediate gratification.
  3. Me too. Has the demented sender been eliminated by the mods?
  4. I feel much better about going to Brewer with a 5 run lead.
  5. Laureano should have had that ball. He looks like a different guy than the guy we saw in Oakland.
  6. Great job from those two, but if you have to keep going to the pen this game, we are bound to find a clunker. It is a search for failure.
  7. We need more runs. Colton “Rally” Brewer is warming for the 7th inning. He is not a high leverage guy.
  8. This nerd in the booth is killing me. Enough with him.
  9. Ace-like performance by Porcello tonight. Eck mentioned that he seemed to be throwing a few more 2 seam fastballs than 4 seamers which have been getting hammered.
  10. He's a nice player, but not a great player.
  11. He always runs hard to 1B, but he was going 3/4 speed on that last ground ball.
  12. People here get very upset about fat comments. When I called Pablo Sandoval a fat slob, I was accused of attacking his character. I was attacking his belt buckle breaking waistline. LOL!
  13. He is a frustrating offensive player -- terribly prolonged slumps where it looks like he has been struck blind.
  14. DD stayed pat in the off season. You have to make some moves.
  15. Too much complacency. This team has been flat since Spring Training. When I got to Fort Myers, Swihart's brother had just died, so I attributed the team funk to that, but that funk has persisted.
  16. No, he is not outperforming Sale. As bad as Sales stats have been, they are still significantly better than Porcello's in every category.
  17. Harmon was very limber for a big man. I remember watching that and thinking that it had to really hurt.
  18. The Tatis injury reminds me very much of the injury suffered by Harmon Killebrew in the 1968 All Star game. Fernando Tatis Jr injured does splits WWW.MLB.COM WASHINGTON – The Padres’ five-game winning streak went sailing high into the late evening sky off the bat of Matt Adams, but the 7-6 defeat in 11 innings on Sunday was secondary to the loss of prized rookie shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr., who left the game an inning earlier due
  19. 3 unearned runs is not acceptable.
  20. Pearce's bat is killing us.
  21. Our lineup is terrible without JD.
  22. Blair could hit until he got hit in the head by Ryan.
