    It was a nice win to pick up Sale's poor start. Vasquez has become a productive bat. I never thought I would see the day when he would be taking the ball out to RF in Fenway.

    They need to be picking up a game a week on the Skanks, but we are not. Hopefully we can pick up a couple of games this weekend as the Skanks are playing the Stros.

    ERod has had a pattern of completely blowing up in the 6th inning, so it was really big that he got through 7 last night. I don’t think Cora was going to send him back out for the 8th. He had Brasier warming during the 7th and I think ER was at 111 pitches.

    The hitting will not be there every game. When it isn’t there, they need to force errors with their speed and putting on plays like they did last season.

    I listen to announcers from around baseball, and most can’t compare to the Red Sox team of Remy, Eck and OB, but our guys don’t need the visiting nerd service. Get that guy out of there. I switch broadcasts when he comes on. He adds nothing.

    I'll trade Logan Allen and 3 bags of trash every day for 108 Saves and a 2.44 ERA over 3 seasons while contributing to 3 Division Championships and 1 World Championship.
