Until I just saw the replay, I didn't realize how close Upton came to catching Kotsay's 8th inning double. -
When JD's ball went over Gross's head, millions of Yankee fans said "s***!!" at the same time. Those who went to sleep when the Sox were down 7-0 will say it when they wake up tomorrow. Have a nice weekend you jealous pricks.

I know that Shields has had bad numbers at Fenway, but i think you throw those out the window after how he pitched against them in game 1. I am convinced that there is something wrong with Kazmir. Maddon could be making a big mistake. You never lift your foot off the throat of the Red Sox. If kazmir lets the Sox offense get on a roll and get some confidence, the series could turn dramatically.

In game 5, the Sox will be led by big games from our Japanese pitcher, African American CF, Dominican DH and Canadian Left Fielder. Haaa, and Ken "race-baiter" Rosenthal says the Sox aren't multi-cultural enough.

I was definitely disappointed that the Sox didn't land Santana. I never would've looked back, because Santana would have helped win two more championships. There was nop urgency for management to pull the trigger because they had just won twice and the Yankees withdrew their offer. Red Sox management didn't want another high priced guy.
