1. I am so sick of him being in the rotation! Enough already. Get a real pitcher.
2. I just can't understand the "Schilling needs to shut up stuff" from Red Sox fans. He pisses off Yankee fans whenever he opens his mouth. That's enough for me to want to see him with a microphone. Until the Red Sox win a Championship without Curt, no Red Sox fan should speak ill of him for anything short of committing murder.
3. Every Red Sox fan should bow in Schilling's presence. He delivered the championship, in fact he delivered two championships. Maybe Big PapiEn Fuego is letting his politics spill over into baseball. Schilling is a Republican.
4. http://www.boston.com/sports/baseball/redsox/extras/extra_bases/ This explains his tired looking bat.
5. I'll send you some links of the places that I have allegedly patronized.
6. People at strip clubs where I come from do not usually flap their gums about their friends and their activities at strip clubs.
7. His friends/associates must be morons to give these kinds of statements to the press.
8. I have to get some associates like that.
9. The first line of the article: People on this forum have concluded that the "associates" in the article are friends of Joba. Why would they make such statements in an interview? Personally, if my friend got arrested, I would not make any comment, nor would I expect that my friends would make any comments if I had been arrested. This particular comment about the confrontation is a lame and cowardly attempt by the so-called "associates" to make an excuse for Joba's poor judgment. Edit: His friends are clearly *******s, and judge a man by the company he keeps. Joba is a punk.
10. Gom, I live in NY, and I get the NY Post. The headline on the front page says: "BoSox taunt set off Joba." So, why am I out of line? His friends are clearly jerks for telling this story, and Joba is just a class A Clown who needs a good ass-kicking.
11. You are probably right. It was just very unclear who "associates" were. It was either Joba's buds or Yankee employees. Either way, as you said, it's a nightmare for the Yankee organization.
12. So, it was Joba's friends that blame the Red Sox fan? That's enough for me to conclude that Joba is a jerk.
13. What was the point of the article?
14. You won't settle for 35 HRs instead of 45 HRs?
15. The Yankees and Joba are now blaming red Sox Nation for his DUI. What a bunch of losers! http://msn.foxsports.com/mlb/story/8703066/Report:-Red-Sox-insult-preceded-Joba-DUI
16. ...and his son would not have gotten arrested for DUi if his father, Harlan had picked him up on that fancy scooter of his. Harlan take some responsibility as a parent. My kids call me or other family members when they have had too much to drink. That's the rule in our family and thousands of other families.
17. I think Pat Burrell had the same injury and he came back the same year without surgery. He experienced diminished performance for the remainder of that year, but has been unaffected since.
