I'd send him out for the 5th so he could leave on a positive note. I made a mistake in my prior email, because I lost track of the innings due to the snail's pace of this game. I wouldn't send him out beyond that, because I don't think he has it today and you'd just be inviting trouble.

It'll get tested this week. That's for sure. It's a much better offense when VMart plays for Tek, but when Lowell sits, it is not that big of an upgrade.

I think he and just about every other manager tries to get their starters a win. I'm not picking on Tito. They all do it.

What was hiding was the O's pitching staff. We just needed to see them.

He'll give him the opportunity to get the win. I don't agree with that mentality. Team wins, not individual wins are important. I think youngsters need to learn to weather adversity, but I don't think there is anything to be gained from letting him take a beating. I might give him one more inning to give him the opportunity to exit on a positive note, but sending him out beyond that is just asking for trouble.

I still like Mikey Lowell and think he is very valuable to the team. This kid Reddick does have a nice swing. He must be floating on air.

One of Tito's weaknesses is that he sticks too long with the starters.

Six runs in three innings are enough. Nothing good can come from sending him out for more.

Let's hope that Clay is still a prospect after this season. I hope he doesn't become Ian Kennedy.

If Drew and Bay are down for the next few games, what is the OF plan. Baldelli can't play everyday. I hope Bay is back, because I will gag if I see Nick Green in the outfield.

Drew didn't look close to being healed. Dipre, did you accept my bet for the case of El Presidente? BTW, what do we do in the OF, if Bay and Drew are out of action for the Rays and the Yanks? The nerd can't play 2 OF positions, and Baldelli will be on life support by Wednesday.
