  1. Other than a confession, an eyewitness is the most reliable evidence in court. A witnesses testimony can be impeached in a number of different ways, but characterizing eyewitness testimony as unreliable is completely incorrect.
  2. More despicable behavior by Yankee fans.
  3. Eyewitness testimony is also excellent exculpatory evidence for providing alibis.
  4. They can usually get the details about the Id of the killer right, especially if they know the killer.
  5. And there is a very good reason why there is never an eyewitness to a mob hit.
  6. It depends on who the witness is. I'll take an eyewitness as evidence to a murder.
  7. And I live in NY and much of my extended family and friends root for the Skanks. It would make the holidays very unpleasant for me if they had won the championship. They are the worst winners of any sports fans.
  8. I don't thank Farrell for much, just when Wright's name comes up, and I don't expect that will happen much in the future. Farrell deserves a lot more sarcasm than for the Wright situation. He was such a dope.
  9. Manny and Puig in the same sentence is silly.
  10. I like to thank Farrell for the role he played.
  11. Good point. Toronto is another team that has been big on building their farm.
  12. I think you are confusing gloating with the happiness of relief.
  13. Not taunting everyone, just telling it like it is.
  14. I never said that I don't respect them, but their roster played way over their heads.
  15. Statheads are pure. They see the human element of the game without bias.
  16. The Yankees were a mirage. They rolled out one no name after another who performed like Ruth, Gehrig and Mantle. I’m thinking of guys like Tauchman, Urshela, Voit, Ford etc. punk ass Gardner had the best season of his sorry career. Their starting pitching was pot of crappy pot luck led by a wife-beater with a 4+ ERA. They need to add quality pitching next season or they will be a .500 team, especially if MLB moves away from this years golf ball. They had a bunch of power hitters hitting a golf ball in a bandbox. It was an anomaly as some would say. Next year there will be a return to normalcy— pitching and defense and speed will become meaningful again and Boone will get fired as they will struggle to get to.500.
  17. He said that the last time that he ran the bases was High School.
  18. No. He ruined his career, getting the PED using, wife beating scum out of the majors.
  19. I checked the videos. He peeled off to the dugout.
  20. Thanks Farrell.
  21. He did have 6 PAs with no hits, 3 k's and a sac bunt. He never got to !B.
  22. He never ran the bases before.
  23. In which case, there is no past performance.
