Our Ellsbury Rib doctors just finished checking his ribs. Next he sees our Schilling shoulder specialist and then Pedroia's podiatrist. At the end, he'll have Kotsay's chiropractor check out his back.

My former boss, a Yankee fan who rarely came to my office, told me during one of his rare visits that he was considering complaining to HR that my office constituted a hostile work environment, because I had the framed headlines from the Herald when the Sox beat the Yankees in 2004 and when they won the 2004 World Series. I also had pictures of Schilling pitching in the Bloody Sock game and Damon hitting the grand slam. I told him that he didn't have to come into my office if it upset him.
