Rogelio Moret was a great Yankee Killer and a pretty good under the radar player. -
Benintendi was totally unproductive in the top 2 spots in the order last season. He killed the production of the offense in the first couple of months.

It was asked how the 2018 team would have done without having made the trades that were made. That is impossible to know, but we do know with absolute CERTAINTY how the team did with those transactions. You question the assertion that this is certain. I don't even know how to describe the method of logic that you are trying to use.

FO should stop diddling around. Cora and his ridiculous Spring Training in 2019 blew the season right out of the gate. It was a plan borne of arrogance. He was arrogantly over-confident throughout 2019. DD is gone. The pitching coach is gone. They should have completed the house cleaning and fired Cora too.

I just have anecdotal information. I let my season tickets go, because they raised the prices and the secondary market sucks. I got notified that they have not released my tickets into the pool yet and that I can still buy them. Translation: No one has purchased them yet. The guy from Ace who would take a lot of my tickets each season, told me that they are cutting way back on their inventory of Red Sox tickets. Last season was a very bad year for that segment of their business and their outlook for 2020 is not good. They will usually ride out a bad season to keep the relationship going, but they are seeing a bad trend. The offer that he made to me was for all the best games at a substantial loss. I don't mind losing $500 -$1000 to keep the season plan going, but if I start out at with a loss on day 1, I would end up taking a bath as the season progresses.
