  1. I think they will sign him.
  2. After the first two spots, we send garbage to the hill. Every season, we crow about our great pitching depth, and by the end of the season we are trotting out garbage. Having such a terrible record for QS has worn down the pen too.
  3. A complete blowout.
  4. His ERA is 6.11 and getting higher.
  5. D Mac in for Connor Jackson. Like I said, we've probably seen the last of Connor jackson.
  6. What was Pedroia thinking about on that throw to first. Bengie Molina would've beat that out.
  7. I think those seats are his own, not the team's
  8. Did Ells forget the number of outs in the inning? He was heading back to 2nd on that groundball.
  9. He'll probably get DL'd after that. The guy's career has been a huge bust.
  10. We should convert Lackey into a Third baseman. He is a far better fielder than pitcher. He just stepped in s*** on that DP.
  11. That should be the last we see of him.
  12. Connor looks like a spaz in RF too. What a pick up!
  13. Connor Jackson is really contributing-- making two outs per AB.
  14. That doesn't make up for all the line drive singles turned into outs by the shift.
  15. Let's hope that Lackey was throwing down the light beer and chasing it with mouthwash last night.
  16. It would apply more for a World Series than regular season interleague play.
  17. That must have been what happened to us with Dice K, because I think we bid about $18 million more than the second highest bid.
  18. To this point in the big weekend series against Arizona, Beltran has been on base in each of his 6 plate appearances. He's 5 for 5 with walk, HR, Triple, and a Double, 3 RBI and 1 Run. Edit: He's extended his on base streak to 7 and he's now 6 for 6 against Arizona. Edit: On base 8 straight times and 7 for 7
  19. Despite the fact that Crawford has had a disappointing first season with the Sox, the other OF choice this past off season, Jason Werth has sucked it pretty bad too. Werth is older and got the bigger contract. I still think that Crawford was the right choice between the two. The big mistake was not going balls to the wall for Matt Holiday the prior year and passing on Lackey.
