    I'd like to see some tweaking of the pen. Why are we wasting a roster spot on Nate Spears. He's worse than Repko. Spears, Repko and DMAc. Two guys are injured, Crawford and Ellsbury, but yet we have 3 bums on the roster. The math doesn't add up.

    Memo to the Front Office. Do something, damn it!! Nothing was done over the off season. Of all the relievers available, Cherries went for the injury prone closer with a bad elbow. It has blown up in his face. Next, we sung his praises for getting Melancon under the radar. I think we have seen enough of him. It's time to work around the clock to decide upon and execute a Plan B. We need some reliable bullpen guys. Mike Gonzalez is sitting at home on his porch waiting for a call. We need a an MLB OFer. I can't stand anymore of the duet of Repko and DMAc.

    We need an OFer. We really deserve to see an OF with 3 major league caliber players. Every night we have to watch either Repko or DMac. One is AAA and the other AAAA, but neither is MLB caliber. Is a major leaguer too much to ask? But by all means let's fixate on Bobby V's inane ramblings.

    When Bill Veeck owned a team, he had a special night where the fans managed the eam by holding up cards. That must have made his manager feel good. I'll bet there was no 24/7 coverage about how the guy had his feelings hurt.

    Is Repko a functional idiot? Dos he know the score and does he realize that the top of the order was coming up behind him? Same fundamentals as Francona's group.

    If Bobby had done what we all knew needed to be done and taken Lester out after the 2nd inning, this would be a close game. As I have said numerous times, as a whole baseball managers area very stupid lot.
