Tomorrow we should bludgeon Freddie Garcia. We will need a blow out, because we can't trust the pen. I'll be bringing my mojo with my daughter and son. The last time all 3 of us were together for a Yankee game, Ellsbury stole home. BTR's mojo went bad . He ruined the 100 year anniversary. Stay away from making the game thread tomorrow. -

I was getting a little excited that AGon, Ortiz and Youk were finally going to bat in the same inning. I was starting to think we could tie it up, but Buch had to give up another dinger. What an awful performance. What does it take for Bobby V to realize that he didn't have it today? Five HRs? This new pitching coach McClure is doing wonders.

The Royals and Padres and others don't have fans because they think their team is going to the playoffs. They just like baseball, and they root for their guys even if the team stinks.

I love baseball. I have seen worse Red Sox teams, but we didn't get better since last season. It's just absurd to think we did.

I ask you fans, which was the real Red Sox? The team that started slow and ended with a thud, or the team that had the best record from May to August. What are the chances of another slow start and another September collapse? This is what I was hearing in the off season as we let our closer go and added nothing to the team. What are the odds?

We have 4 hits. They have 4 HRs. I love our pitching. Who has a better big three than us? What is our ERA. Oh, that's irrelevant. We have plenty of starting pitching. We won't even need a bullpen. Oh, that's right. We don't have one. But I love our bullpen too.
