  1. way to do your one and only job myers
  2. id rather Tavarez or Timlin over Wakefield who was clearly gassed.
  3. yep, how hard is it to just take Wake in the 7th. he'd thrown 112 pitches, walked the last 2 hitters in 8 pitches and hasnt pitched well all night. Tito thats the time to take him out. he lets all his starters go to long
  4. ya lets get something going against the proctologist
  5. could see that coming from a mile away, way to take Wake out Tito Tito has a problem with leaving his pitchers in too long
  6. way to go JT, keep fighting for that playing time your complaining about
  7. actually i take back that argument Mohr against righties this year-- 10 Ab's 5 K's 0 H (.000) Harris against righties this year--23 Ab's 5 K's 4 H (.174)
  8. which hopefully you are right. Once those 2 come back Mohr and Harris should be gone i know mohr cant hit righties good, but anyone is better than willie harris
  9. Mohr is a much better hitter and as good defensively as Willie. Willie just has more speed, mohr has been fine in CF this year. And id take Gonzalez offensively over Cora
  10. celtics get the 7th pick, which was pretty much were they should have ended up
  11. why didnt pena start? he was in the lineup in pregame, but i see he didnt play tonight? I remember hearing someone yesterday say he might have gotten injured in yesterdays game.
  12. i have a friggen baseball game tonight at 7 and will miss the game and the season finale of 24.
  13. officially from boston.com The Yankees took their time posting their lineup for tonight’s game, announcing it just past 4:30. The Globe's Amalie Bejamin suggested the theory that they were waiting as long as they could hold to see if recently signed Terrence Long could make it to Boston in time. Long is in the lineup in left field and batting eight. Johnny Damon will bat leadoff, but as the designated hitter. Bernie Williams will instead play center. 1. Damon, DH (why is he DH'ing, so no one throws stuff at him in CF) 2. Derek Jeter, SS 3. Jason Giambi, 1B 4. Alex Rodriguez, 3B 5. Jorge Posada, C 6. Robinson Cano, 2B 7. Williams, CF    8. Long, LF (only good OF they have in the game tonight) 9. Melky Cabrera, RF P -- Chien-Ming Wang
  14. now all the sox hitters have to do is hit it to CF/RF and they should be fine
  15. no word on the yanks lineup yet, but heres my prediciton Damon--CF Jeter--SS Giambi--1B ARod--3B Cano--2B Williams--DH Cabrera--RF Stinnett--C Cairo--LF anyone know if Long's been activated yet?
  16. same here, hes such a classy guy who always works hard. id LOVE to see him in a Sox uniform someday
  17. bernie, mo, jeter, moose, matsui are the only guys i respect on the yankees
  18. this is what an image search for dead wang came up with in google... http://members.cox.net/sciatica/images/deadnow.jpg some guy named wang and hes about to be dead soo it should serve the same purpose
  19. i wouldnt be surprised if Trot was, but i highly doubt Manny
