Id be interested in a Sergei and Murray for Andrew Ladd and Chad Larose
OR
Sergei for Raffi Torres or for Danny Syvret and Brad Winchester
Jose Theodore for David Aebischer? Which team does this help.. Theodore is injured and has sucked this year, Aebischer has always sucked.
Im hoping the B's try and make a deal for Oli Jokinen
I think were getting a little to excited about Stern. Hes most likely never going to be better than a 4th OF. Hes kind of like a Luis Matos type of OF.
he needs to stay on the roster for 17 days, and will probably never be an important factor for the Red Sox. He will see very limited playing time with Coco here.
Hes had a couple very productive years before, and hasnt gotten to play much this year. Could be a nice pickup if he stays healthy. Hes a great offensive player.

If the Bruins really think they have any shot at the playoffs, they need to go out and get a 2nd line center, like they did in 04 with nylander.

140. Kelly Shoppach
Becketts fine. He said he felt fine and that he was pretty much only throwing fastballs today. Its not that hard for a hitter to hit a fastball when they know thats what there going to get every time. Since its his first start, his accuracy probably isnt perfect either. The important thing is that he felt good and his velocity is there, and according to Chris Snow, "he was throwing gas".
How often does Duke loose 2 games in a row. Thought theyd definetely step it up on senior night.
Redick struggled, but in order for Duke to go far in the NCAA tournament, someone else is going to have to step up. McRoberts, Melchionni, Nelson or Dockery are going to have to start taking some of the pressure off Redick and Williams.
from looking at the box score, it looks like Hansen, Delcarmen and Crisp had good games. Riske and Seanez both struggled and Coco was the only one to get more than 1 hit.
Anyone know if the games tommorow are on TV?
B's win 3-2 over Atlanta tonight in Raycrofts first game starting since beggining of January. He looked pretty good in net, but not as good as he was last year. Hopefully the win gives him some confidence
Bills realeased Laywer and Sam Adams. Imagine Ty and Lawyer coming back to finish there careers in New England. Theyd obviously have to take a huge pay cut, but could be possible.
Stephen Davis, Brenston Buckner and He Hate Me got cut by Carolina.
If no labor agreement happens, they'll be a TON of cuts by the end of the week.
