There seems to be
a lot of posts like this
kinda harder to read,
cuz you get no flow out of it
but on a more serious note, he'll be fine, miss a day or two then come back, it'll get snow that playin time hes been itchin about.
Yeah, his curveball could be great if he gets control of it and uses it at the right time. If he indeed does get anotehr start, he needs that to go beyond 5 innings because the Jays could basically play the guessing game on eitehr the fastball or change. Furtehr down the path I think he could be a fantastic groundball pitcher, as he already incuced all those double plays, which allowed him to survive.
Its kind of ridiculous when someone deserving of the feat can't make it because he's a little less unknown to the public. I kind of wish they didn't let us vote and just picked for themselves. Though Lowell isn't the mostt popular, he has been the better player. I mean when you take into account coming into another league, seeing new pitchers, and allthe variables that comes with that, Lowell has gone far and beyond what ARod has done.
He was just voicing his opinion, I agree with him, I think that the soldiers deserve credit for what they sacrificed, but the government made them sacrifice it for the wrong reasons, and I am totally aginst the War in Iraq and really oppose Bush.
I'm excited as well, I dont really know hwy we wouldn't test the waters with Lester, give him a Papelbonean experience like last year. But a shot is a shot, and I'm glad it's not someone like Alvarez or DiNardo. Who knows, Pauley could be the answer to our 5th spot problems.
Well, yesterday we all expected to lose, we just gave em a run for their money, winning that game wouldve been a steal n 1/2. I agree though, If Terry needs to work on anything its how to handle his relievers.
I think we need a solid PG in Williams over Roy, a type of player which we already ahev in Pierce. Plus, it would give us an icnredibely solid benchw ith both West n Gomes coming off to rest anyone that needs rest, with West playing for guards, and Gomes for fowards.
What is talk of trading Manny Ramirez? He's on a tear right now, and is by no means one of our problems, he isn't complaining, and the new team dirtdog identity may just be getting to him. No, we need a starter, Kelvim Escobar would be great if we can't get Clemens back in Beantown.
Thre's no clear-cut layout for how our PF will turn out, and chances are it could turn into a log-jam, with us getting Wily Mo, Coco, and our propsects comin up like Murphy and Ellsbury
This month will be a big teller to whether we have a killer or subpar bullpen. If Seanez, Foulke, and Tavarez all do decent, Francona's decision will change from who to put in to who not to put in
Hes probably been holdig in that tantrum for a couple of years, id be frustrated if I was trying to come abck from 2 knee surgeries and couldnt pitch like I knew I could
Itd make my night, the Yankees get the bases juiced, 2 outs, ARod comes up, 3-2 count, he steps out n dires his bat in the same manner, steps back in, and whiffs
