  1. If they lose tonight with Whitlock because Cora wanted to line up with the Yankees then he needs to go. I understand these games are impor for tiebreakers and stuff but f*** you need to win some games!
  2. Raffy is a good player but far from a 300M man. He's like a 1 tool player. Hitting. You can't be giving out contracts like this for someone who only impacts the game on hitting. He's not a good baserunner nor a great fielder. His IQ is not the greatest either based on some of his base running blunders
  3. Oh wonderful, they spent over 300M on someone who's immature and needs a binky. Money well spent
  4. No it hasn't. Because of that blunder and all the other blunders we had to settle for Devers who's half the player Betts is.
  5. They just lost 2 of 3 to the team who has the second worst run production in MLB. Like how do you allow the Guardians to score 10 runs!? This pitching is really bad
  6. Well, his hot start was never going to last. I mentioned yesterday that his OPS was 371 prior to last night's game in his last 17 games.
  7. At this point he's had plenty of time to the turn the ship and hasn't. And honestly it does not look good for the near future either.
  8. What's the point now Cora?
  9. I'm still watching to see if Ramirez will hit a 4th HR
  10. Cora trying to see if Kluber can get his ERA to 7?
  11. I was thinking the same thing.
  12. Just intentionally walk Ramirez next AB
  13. Before tonight's game in his previous 17 games his OPS was a mere 371.
  14. It's not the first time he's done that. Many plays in the outfield last year where he's done that.
  15. At this point it's not luck. He did it last year for the Sox and he's doing it again this year in San Diego. He's a much better option than Pivetta regardless of this supposed luck.
  16. Bloom has made some good moves. I'll give him credit for that but he's also made a lot of blunders. There's still some season left but it's not looking good. The team he assemble is so bad defensively.
  17. Kike is a minus player this year. He's been garbage on both offense and defense. Devers even with his recent slump is a lot better at the plate than Kike
  18. 2 pitchers the Sox had last year both were named pitcher of the month for May
  19. I'm still quite concerned. This is something that could lead to a long stint on the DL. Shoulder inflammation is never good.
  20. Shoulder inflammation and will miss at least one start.
  21. Well to be fair he's still not having a good season. Minus WAR at the moment
  22. Sox defense is s***. They have lost a few games for the team this year. MLB ranked 29th in DRS.
  23. Devers could easily hit over 300 if he changed his approach and still hit some bombs. He literally tries to hit 600 foot HRs on every swing. He needs to take his walks. Otherwise no pitcher will give in to him and keep throwing junk as he'll swing anyways. The output of run that this offense is providing He can afford to take his walks and not try to be the hero on every single pitch
  24. Not if you land a Pedro Martinez. I know those are rare but if you have a chance to get one, you get it. When Pedro was around ( minus his 2004 season) it was almost automatic win when he was pitching
