I can totally understand the "if you don't have anything nice to say ..." advice, but look ... we all know Curt is going to answer any question that he's asked ... and any time a mic is put infront of his face he's going to talk. The worst part about Curt making a comment isn't the comment ... it's all the time people spend talking about it. Curt's got a big mouth ... GET OVER IT. I'm a Pirate fan, and a Chris Duffy fan, and I couldn't care less what he said about it.

Look dude, obviously if you don't care about something before hand you're not going to care about it during it. I don't care about the NBA at all, so obviously I don't question it when I don't give a damn about the playoffs. I don't give a damn about golf so I don't question it when I dont give a damn about .... whatever the hell their biggest event it. I don't give a s*** about tennis. I dont give a s*** about Nascar. Seems like you just made this thread to argue with people.

For the record Duffy wears no body armor and hardly hangs over the plate. Plus they've regulated the body armor and you're only allowed to wear if it's perscribed to you from the team doctor.

Is their any evidence that the "wild and crazy clubhouse" did anything to win us the WS? I dont think so. But is their evidence that our superior play won us the WS? Yes there is. How come those intangibles that Millar brings didn't help us last year? -
Well duh. And if I didn't like baseball I wouldn't understand why I'd have any interest in watching an MLB game. Obviously if you don't follow college hoops you're not gonna care about the tourney.

See I think you can even take the one of out of that sentance and it'd still be true. There is nothing more exciting than the Final 4 tourney, and there is no sporting event better.

I'd rather have a quiet professional clubhouse without Millar, than a wild and crazy one with him. Millar sucked, and no matter what the clubhouse is like ... the team is better without him. -
Your clearly nuts. The Final 4 is the most exciting sports event of the year, because anyone can win. Are every teams chances good? No of course not, but all of the 64 teams in the tourney have a chance to win. Even if you don't have a team to cheer for you can pick any of the great cinderella stories every year. Hearing about the Final 4 is definatly more interesting than listen to ESPN, FOXsports, etc. blow the Yankees and listen to how they're gonna win the World Series eventhough they have no pitching staff.

Bout time. The guys looked half dead for the last decade. After that incident last year he should have retired.

Wait wait ... one of the worst outtings? Optimist has him winning a job in the rotation because of that start. 32-62 is pathetic, and any major league pitcher would be ashamed of those numbers. Yankee fans ... if this is a guy you're banking on to make your rotation, this season is gonna be a lot of fun.

at 7 years 31 million with 11 million gaurrenteed, it makes it a little easier to say good bye to El. I would have loved to see him stay, but if thats the money he wanted then I have no problem with the Steelers letting him walk. This will be the biggest mistake of his career, and he'll realize that eventually. Unless of course he's all about the money in which case he'll be very happy. Personally, I'd rather have millions of adoring fans than a few more million dollars. Have fun doing nothing but running routes and catching balls. Have fun no longer being loved by Steeler Nation, and have fun never winning another Super Bowl. I hope El will be happy in Washington. You went from being an Icon, to a #3 WR ... hope you're happy with you're decision. Yeah I'll put down the bitter sandwhich now.

I'm sorry, and this isn't just directed at you, when did Alex Gonzalez become Ozzie Smith? Every thread I open I read about how magnificent AGon is defensivly. Now, I think the guy is more than a solid SS, but you guys are making it out like he's the best SS in the league. ERents came in here as a better defensive SS and I didn't hear half of these comments about him. Just take a break on the Kool Aid drinking ... it's gonna be a long summer. -
For any kids watching the WBC tonight, please do not watch Soriano field ground balls ... horrible technique. He doesn't even make an attempt to square himself ... what a horrible 2B. To think some of you actually want this guy at 2B for the Sox

Did I ever say that. Obviously they want to win something thats been around longer than they have, more than anything. It has more history than the WBC. That's not my arguement.
