    That $29 million price tag is looking good for that team.

    The ChiSox are up 5-2 in the 9th. If they win their lead goes to 3 games with 4 to play. Another win by them and loss by Cleveland tomorrow makes the 3 game series in Cleveland meaningless to them. Which may give the Tribe a few cheap wins. Not good for WC contenders coming out of the AL east.

    I'm 31. I really started paying attention to baseball when I was 8 or so, so 23 years. EDIT: But I've only really followed baseball (prospects, non-TC stats, etc.) for about the last 3 years. I was kinda cut off from the game when I was in the Marines.

    I'm here, thick and thin, like I have been since I was a kid. Five innings left at the plate is plenty of time with our lineup........if it wakes up.

    Who else do you bring in? This team isn't making the postseason, which is alright IMO. I wouldn't want to watch a team who's pitching staff makes Frank Catalanotto look like a first ballot HOF'er in the playoffs.

    Somehow, I doubt the Jays will come up empty handed like we did.

    I think one of the differences between the Jays and us in this season series is summed up in Kevin Millar tonight. Wall-ball double with nobody on. Pop-up with the sacks full. The Jays on the other hand seem to get that double when the bases are loaded, and the pop-up when the bases are empty. It's probably not completely true, but that is what it feels like watching the games against them.

    I think it's pretty ridiculous to complain about something that you can change. Make it late at night if it means that much to you. But if you aren't going to have the gumption to do the work, then don't complain about it. Making those things is a pain in the ass. I appreciate that YS013 and RS take so much time making them. Bitching about how and when it is done is petty.
