  1. Reddick smells his opportunity. Triple last night, HR #4 today.
  2. You just described John Lackey. You'll be cursing him when the ball stops finding a glove.
  3. With tomorrow being an off day anyway, it makes little sense to give Lowrie a day off. Drew, with his fairly frequent nagging injuries that keep him out of games, I can understand. Lowrie? Not so much. Especially when they are putting Cameron in vs. a RHP. Yeah, they won the 1st 3 of a 4 game series, so I'm sure Francona is thinking "long haul, the series is won", getting his bench a chance to stay fresh, etc.....but with the start they had and the way they are streaking now, I'd prefer they step on the throat here. They hit a stretch of 40 games in 41 days starting Tuesday. Days off will need to occur during that period. Win today.
  4. Carlos Zambrano is getting slapped around to start the game on TBS vs. the Dodgers. The first 5 reach safely....triple, HBP, RBI IF single, RBI single, RBI double....now an out that scores a run from 3B. 4-0, runner on 3B with one out.
  5. He'll be 38, and his defense in RF is already quite bad. I'm not sure giving him the biggest RF in the AL to roam is a good idea.
  6. And the market is looking a little thin. If he does miss the entire year, hopefully Reddick's patience displayed thus far this year is legit, because he'd be an attractive internal option. RH and SH options in the market, ones that I thing would be worth entertaining the idea of adding to the roster, are limited to Carlos Beltran and Cody Ross. Beltran is coming off two years of being hurt, and he'll be 35 next year. Last October aside, Ross is meh. Given his inability to stay on the field, they might be able to get Beltran on a shorter/higher AAV contract....which would be the move if Reddick reverts back to his historical issues with being a hacker.
  7. Surgery not on the table at this point. He's currently in rehab and will be reevaluated in 2 weeks. link
  8. Let's keep.... http://www.womenstreakers.com/Melissa%20Johnson/5.jpg for the.... http://www.highperformanceformulas.com/images/instructional/sweep1.jpg Win.
  9. Well pitched game. Two hits, neither got out of the infield.
  10. No runs for you!
  11. He's rolling, and the BP could use a light workload night. Plus, there's an extra day off for all in the rotation on Monday. I don't have a problem with it.
  12. Make your f***ing out, Conger. Don't start fooling yourself into thinking you are any good at this game.
  13. B's win.
  14. The 2-2 has been a strike pretty regularly for Santana. Very imbalanced game from the HP ump.
  15. My TV's broken, right, I mean Jason Varitek just made solid contact and hit a double?
  16. Varitek made contact?
  17. Looking. Does it happen any other way?
  18. That change has some dive tonight. He's hitting his spots better this inning. More of this, please.
  19. More of that, please.
  20. Then he throws meat. He keeps this up, it will take a good deal of luck to not get hammered.
  21. He's isn't just nibbling, he's nowhere close.
  22. Two K's looking, two on check swings in 2 innings. They are making Santana look better than he's pitching. Some pretty weak approaches at the plate. This has start sticking to Magadan at some point.
  23. Varitek clearly wants no part in trying to put the ball in play.
  24. Drew K's looking? No wai!
  25. Jed doing if from the left side too, nice.
