    Shaun Marcum and Dustin McGowan will both be MIA this season. Right now their front 3 of the rotation with be Halladay, Litsch and David Purcey. Minor league acquisitions of Matt Clement and Mike Maroth could fill out the rotation I could buy Toronto taking last place behind the O's

    I said even if he was the backup catcher, not stating that I think that will be the case. He would get more playing time if Tek/Bard/Brown is the other catcher. If there is a trade however for Salty or Montero, he would play 2nd fiddle if he made the team

    Jorge is signed through the 2011 season. Mauer will be a free agent in the 2010 offseason, but that wont negate the Yanks locking Mauer up as Posada will already be Dh-ing as his catching skills decline
