    WTF, um Jacko you dont need a closer? Great way of trying to rid yourself of the bad memories this bullpen has given you. Yep that offense will be scoring 10 runs a game, starting pitchers will be hurling 7+ innings each, relievers will pick up scrap duty. October all the way, no closer is NEEDED there too

    Nick Carfado in today's globe had mentioned that with the way Carmona & Miller have been pitching, the Guardians' Paul Byrd could be a likely trade candidate. Not including the cancelled snow game when it was at 4.2 innings (no hitter going), he has compiled a 2.92 ERA and just 3 walks in 24.2 innings. He is owed $7 million this year, great addition to this staff The White Sox if they keep slipping could make pitchers such as Mark Buehrle (contract year) expendable
