    What a freaking game! Watch out American League, because something is brewing that hasnt been seen by this offense... overshadowed by Gagne's 2 blown leads of 8th inning comebacks, this is starting to look like a resilient lineup. Ortiz and Manny are raking the ball, Ortiz leading the way with 8 RBIs in the last 3 games. Hows his shoulder, because his grand salami was hit a mile into the wind. Drews getting into one of his hot streaks. And the Sox have a solid bat (against lefties) off of the bench in the form of Bobby Kielty. Ive also heard praises of him bringing a good veteran presence immediately in the clubhouse. Tomorrow eh its not looking good but who knows, its f***ing baseball. Then the Sox will have 7 games against the likes of Tampa Bay and Chicago As currently lined out, the Sox pitchers for the Yanks series wil be Matsuzaka, Beckett, Schilling. Its f***ing on!

    Ive been in and out all day, now I have to go back out. Some family emergency. Luckily I had the matchups saved on my microsoft word. Lowell, Pedroia get the day off. Surprising is that Varitek is starting the game even with Cash joining the team last night. Damn 3 games over the last 24 hours. He'll definitely need the next 2 days off. Schilling makes his first start at home since going on the diabled list, and Bobby Kielty has joined the team Weaver this season vs Boston in 1 game, 3.00 ERA. On the road in 10 games, 4-3 with a 3.86 ERA Schilling this season vs Anaheim in 2 games, 1-1 with a 2.57 ERA. At home in 8 games, 2-1 with a 4.11 ERA

    What hurts most about Gagne's 3 blown leads in the past week... all 3 were set to be come from behind wins where they scored the go ahead runs in the 8th inning

    Wake also is meeting his new backstop for the next 2 weeks or so. The next 2 days they need to get into some kind of groove until Wakes start on monday in Tampa
