Instead its looking like the league taking away a first day draft pick (possibly 1st rounder) and a suspension of Belichick for 2 or 3 games. He would be banned from all games including practice and would not be paid. That sounds good to me, let that be a lesson to him

    The 1st base ump helps out the D-Rays. Shouldve been 2 men on one out. Instead Youkilis is called striking out on a check swing. Instant replay showed him not even close to going EDIT: Wily Mo in Boston was an easy strikeout to happen, Varitek is taking over in that department

    It is despicable as more information comes out. They were already the super bowl favorites, why pull off s*** like this? Taking away draft picks wont really affect Belichick that much. Id say if the Pats have home field advantage in the playoffs, the league should take that away

Some good news is that theres a good chance of Manny returning for the series opener againt New York He took 34 swings in batting practice, launching 3 homeruns in the process Jackson this season vs Boston in 3 games, 1-1 with a 5.82 ERA. At Fenway Park in 2 games, 0-1 with an 8.18 ERA. On the road in 16 games, 2-6 with a 5.37 ERA Lester this season at home in 3 games, 1-0 with a 3.89 ERA
