  1. That whole 1-5 against Jim Tressel thing doesn't help him. The guy's gone... I'm not entirely sure whether or not teams in this situation would ordinarily wait until the end of the season or not I'd be shocked if he lasts a few more weeks.
  2. I'd slip Brady in at fifth, at the highest. I'd have Elway, Montana, Marino, Manning ahead of him... by quite a bit, for now. The way Manning has bent you over, wouldn't you agree? Like I said, it's not his fault Marvin Harrison had to wear Ty Law as a winter jacket one game. Besides, that was a speed and timing based offense playing in the cold and snow against a team built to win in those conditions. Manning sees the game the way that no other player ever has. His preparation is just incredible. And his arm's as good as anyone's. The guy's insane. He's the best ever. He's done it for long enough that he's the best ever.
  3. First off, you guys are missing the obvious reason for that teams success. The hair. It had to be the hair. Sure, we have some nice hair on this team between Manny's dreads and Coco's little 'fro... but having a balding second baseman? Bad mojo, man. Second off... there is no second off.
  4. Just the number's he's put up so far compared to anyone else at this point of his career warrant Manning being named the greatest. Until he plays both sides of the balls, can you really hold Super Bowls against him? And it's not his fault Marvin Harrison had to wear Ty Law as a winter jacket one game (that one always gets you Pats fans! ) Judging it by Super Bowls is saying that Trent Dilfer and Mark Rypien were some sort of great players. By the way, why don't all you guys who judge it on Super Bowls ever mention Terry Bradshaw?
  5. It's not 2004 anymore... You can't just keep that team together for the sake of nostalgia. They're just not the same players as they were, ability wise and certainly not health wise.
  6. Already the greatest of all-time. The guy's just incredible. In recent years he's destroyed the only team that's ever really "owned him". He should shatter the record books... the guy can play forever if he wants, he never gets touched.
  7. ... Fitzy's a character. And nobody vote for Gammons. I'm sick of hearing how biased ESPN is toward the Sox and Yankees, which is true. But this will make people bitch even more.
  8. Well that feel good story went to s*** in a hurry.
  9. The magic number is currently 16...
  10. Not really related to the game discussion but this new "captains" thing the NFL is doing is laaame.
  11. Better yet, let's tar and feather him.
  12. They just destroyed a team that may just be the favorite to win the NFC. Impressive. Extremely impressive.
  13. The Colts are good.
  14. How is it possible to suck this much?
  15. That was an incredible play by Cora. He got that ball to second real quick.
  16. Fantastic grab by Cora saves a run and Curt overcomes a bad start to the inning.
  17. In my opinion, a rookie having success and being a key element, both offensively and defensively, to a team competing in a pennant race is more impressive than doing so in a looser atmosphere where there's no pressure at all and nobody outside of the organization cares.
  18. If I'm wrong, oh well, figured I would be. But if I'm right... I'm a genius.
  19. I'd be willing to chip in an extra $5 for Kilo if anybody else would as well
  20. I sure do miss High School! *starts jingling keys* Start the bus! Start the bus!
  21. Hard to say but I'll say Okajima just to be different. You can breathe a lot easier when you have a lead in the 8th and a guy like Okajima.
