  1. Yeah, because I definitely said that. Moron.
  2. I know, what I'm saying though is that had he not hand-balled it it would have gone into the net. What's the better scenario? Ghana scores a goal on that very play or Ghana has to make a PK for the goal?
  3. Why? Suarez made a smart play. He doesn't handball it it's definitely a goal and they don't advance regardless.
  4. I want to see this dream team Miami Heat scenario happen. It'd basically be three max contract guys (one or all of them would have to settle for less than the max to make it work) surrounded by all league minimum players. It could work... it could be a complete disaster.
  5. A Kelly Shoppach double.
  6. I always cheer for either the Netherlands or Brazil.
  7. And 3-1 Germany now. edit: make that 4-1.
  8. The MLS is Major League in name only.
  9. I actually posted my post before that particular fake injury. It's ridiculous, and I've seen it from every team in the tournament, US included.
  10. Nope. I think when a pitcher lacks control of his pitches and still manages to get a no-hitter, the bigger story is offensive futility.
  11. Jesus... some of these soccer players make Paul Pierce "needing" a wheel chair in the 2008 Finals look reasonable. Enough with the fake injuries.
  12. Uh oh.
  13. Yeah, they're starting to look real good. Hopefully it leads to the equalizer.
  14. Yeah?
  15. Jesus... USA concedes another early goal. Down one five minutes in. f***.
  16. Why do the Nuggets hate the NBA draft?
  17. My point is why even mention it? That is the arrogance. I'm not arguing that your goalie misplaying a ball didn't benefit the United States, but it happens like a blown assignment, or an error. The whole thing just seems arrogant to me, is all. The Blackhawks had a great season but Michael Leighton sure helped 'em out by letting Patrick Kane's shot go five-hole.
