  1. I believe they are playing at Mile High (Invesco Field). Sorry I hope this info didn't ruin your day.
  2. http://www.dylanscards.com/_Images/Football%20Helmets/Patriots.gif New England Patiots: 3-2 @ http://www.nfl-football-merchandise.com/images/nflhelmetden.gif Denver Broncos: 4-1
  3. Lebron James, Shaq, Amare Stoudomire (terrible spelling), Garnett (yes this low cause he never showed he's a big winner), I can't think right now.
  4. Vicks replacement Shaub played as well as half the QB's in the league yesterday. Iam not worried that we just barely beat a vickless team. The Patriots seem to do what they have to do... to get it done.
  5. These 2 offenses couldn't be any different. Michael Vick is running the ball like he always does and not passing it all that much, only 495 yards through the air on the season. He does however have 4 passing TD's. The Falcons running game is 1st in the NFL at 209 yards per game. The Patriots running game is terrible this season. Corey Dillon will have a break out game, but I don't think it will be against the Atlanta DEF. The Patriots currently rank last in the running game at only 66 yards per game. However our passing game at 283 yards per game ranks 3rd in the NFL this season. Tom Brady is calling the plays with help from Belicheck. When a QB get's to call his own plays it almost always hurts the running game. Brady being a very confident player probably says to himself in the huddle I can complete this pass (and the next one and the next one). He very well may do that, but it will come back to hurt him because the running game will never come around. I believe this game is a must win for the Patriots to keep out of panic mode for the fans that is. The team on the other hand has shown how cool they can play under pressure and stress. The Patriots will be fine win or lose in this game. I very much believe we'll get intot the play-offs this year and thats what counts. With the Red Sox out of the play-offs early all eyes will be on the Pats. I sure hope all the fair weather fans don't freak out because we are not the perfect team they've come acustom to.

  7. 2 words - Reggie Lewis! I know Bruschi can't be compared to Lewis as far as importance to team, but Teddy is a big player for us, he is loved, he's a Patriot. I don't want hime to die!
  8. What is hocky? Who are the Briuns? JK Come on guys don't be so quick to forgive! All those rule changes haven't shown me much as far as increased scoring. I'll give it a year, if the game does in fact improve then I'll start watching next year... maybe. Those bastards didn't care about the fans that really love the game (not me, but you know what I'm saying). They where just worried about the bank accounts. The best thing hockey fans could do is boycott hocket this season and watch owners. They'll find ways to lower ticket prices, more give aways, ect. They'll also change some more rules to make the game more exciting (aka higher scoring). NOW LISTEN HERE - I'm not the biggest hockey fan so it will be easy for me to complete this boycott. If you hardcore guys out there just need to watch thats fine I understand. If this was MLB or NFL that did this I would try to boycott, but I would have to watch. Am I happy hockey is back..? Umm ya I guess, but I'm not over it yet I will have trust issues for a while.
  9. I wasn't angry, but I was disappointed. We limped into the play-offs and the yankees sprinted! I think we all feel a little let down with what took place at the end of the regular season, but we are all happy to be in the play-offs. The orginal poster said they should of at least won the division being World Champs. Well if this is true don't you think they should have won it last year in order to win the World Series? Well we all know they didn't win the division last year, but won what was really important. The mo-fo WORLD SERIES. Who'd to say they won't do it again.
  10. Quoting Jim Mora "playoffs, huh playoffs?" we're in trouble! The only thing we've got going for us is that we are the Patriots and Belicheck and Brady always found a way to make it work!
  11. Our pre-season schedule ranking was 2nd in all of the NFL. I believe our schedule has become even more difficult since then (some teams are better than previously thought). We still have: @Atlanta @Denver BYE - We'll need it! Buffalo Indianapolis @Miami New Orleans @Kansas City NJ Jets @Buffalo Tampa Bay @Jets Miami IMO thats a pretty friggin ballsy schedule.
  12. The schedule makers aka the NFL suck! They no doubt have it out for the Pats!
  13. I guess I'm hoping for the best, but I sure am hoping for 10-6.
  14. We're in trouble! I think it's about time we come to terms with the fact that our team just isn't as good with out Harrison, Bruschi, Johnson, Light, Andruzzi, Law, plus I know I'm missing some key reserves and possible some bigger players I didn't think of, not to speak of that Richard Seymour isn't 100% oh ya and Charley our beloved x-offensive cordinator is now with the fighting irish. There is no way a team can loose all those player and still continue to play as good with out picking up players that are as good or even better than the ones they lost. I just like most of you would love for the patriots to wow everyone and win this year dispite all the crazy injuries and the players that moved on. They do have a chance to make things right, but it's not going to be easy. If anyone can make it work it's Belicheck, but even Bill is human. My guess Patriots finish 10-6...
  15. 31 - 17 going into the 4th quarter. It's not looking good, but we have come back Tommie Touch Down on our side!
