    Well, this is a good start. I kept checking the score on the car radio during cigarette breaks at work. My first break, I turned on the radio a second or two before Drew's double made it 4-0. The second time, it was 4-1, and the third time the bases were loaded for the Sox with no one out, but I had to go back inside before Nava's AB. Glad to see that situation ended well. Go Sox!

    Since there was a lot of 'not feeling it' going on, I've made the executive decision to create the gamethread. The Yankees have been clinging to playoff hopes by the skin of their teeth. It's time for the Sox to kick those teeth down the Yankees' throats and end their season once and for all. Lineups to be posted by VA, per normal mojo rules. Game notes to be posted by Thunder. Desperate attempts at tearing down the Sox to be posted by Jacko, but only if the Sox are behind at some point, which is unlikely. Go Sox.

    My little one loves snow. The big storm last winter dumped snow about twice as high as her, and she was loving it. We had to keep an eye on her to make sure she didn't entomb herself and freeze to death. She kept eating snow like it was bacon. You could see the crazy joy in her eyes. "OMG FREE FOOD ON THE GROUND YOU GUYS ITS EVERYWHERE!!!!"

    My old dog used to prefer hiding in the bathtub. The two new ones aren't bothered by the thunder, but the bigger one is a wuss when it comes to the rain. He has to be practically dragged outside to go to the bathroom in the rain, and he avoids water as best as he can. If we come up to a puddle during a walk, he'll lift one foot up like a princess, huff loudly, and then go around it. I've never seen a dog his size that hated water like that.

    It's raining really hard here as well. It started thundering, so I went outside to put the car windows up. It started raining between when I left my front door and got to the car parked on the curb in front of the house, and by the time I got the windows up the seats and inside of the doors were already soaked.
