  1. WOW! Give it UP FOX! Dumbf***s. s***. OK, he's on first...it was a HORRIBLE call.
  2. And our offense is putrid compared to 2004's. In 2004 We could score more than 7 runs.
  3. As you said a couple weeks ago...3/4 of the fans in Coors Field. LOL
  4. HAHA! That would be awesome.
  5. I say they get in the 48-50 wins range.
  6. I used to love Reggie, and still do. One of my favorites from back in the day. So I like the idea of seeing him back on the court. He can always shoot, I don't care if he can only jump 3 inches off the ground nowadays, he's still a threat. But if he wants a ring, he should go West. AhemPhoenixAhem
  7. I didn't have any problems reading his post. :dunno:
  8. WOW! Please refrain from using your keyboard while visiting this website from now on. You really showed your true intelligence with that one. Good job.
  9. Good move, IMO. I was the first to say that this wouldn't happen. I was wrong. My only thing with it for you guys, is that you REALLY gave up alot of players, but it was potential, and Ainge has been shooting for players that are now, and not building for down the line. So at least he was consistent. This makes the Celtics the contenders for the East, hell I hope so, I'm sick of hearing about LeBron (a feeling, I'm SURE I'm in the minority about). But I really don't see them beating any of the top 3 teams (Phoenix, Dallas, and the Spurs) from the West. Your depth took a HUGE hit with this trade. But this is a great trade, and like Crespo said, at least it'll sell out 41 home games and 2 playoff home games (with a possibility for more).
  10. Source? EDIT: NVM I actually read the link. LOL.
  11. I agree with this for the most part, except what you said about Garnett's best asset. His best asset is nearly everything. He's a do everything player. Plays good D, can score in bunches, is a monster on the boards, makes his teammates better (how do you think Wally Sczerbiak got that big of a contract?). He's a special talent. But I don't think you guys necessarily NEED him. Jefferson's great and you don't have any trading chips, outside of him, to be able to team them up and make a SCARY frontcourt. But, I agree other than that, you guys are in a good situation and will make the playoffs. And Jefferson will make the All-Star team, unless he gets hurt. Allen and Pierce will be a scoring dynamo. A tandem that can get 50 combined on any given night is a nice thing to have. And don't think I don't know Ray Allen's shooting abilities. He lit my boys up for 47 two years ago in that classic (even though we lost) 152-149 2OT game. And he had 12 points going into the 4th.
  12. I love this trade. I said it in the Draft thread when it went down. But now, getting KG will involve Al Jefferson. So getting him subtracts Al. Also, Theo Ratliff is NOT worth s***. At all. So I agree to get someone like O'Neal or KG would involve Gerald Green, and VERY likely Al Jefferson plus more smaller pieces like picks or expiring contracts. If Ainge isn't done yet with his dealing, and tries for JO or KG, the more likely is O'Neal. But I'm thinking Al Jefferson is going to be the centerpiece in either of those trade possibilities. Otherwise, Danny Ainge is a smarter man than we all thought.
  13. Well, Acie Law will be a Hawk, with Hawes going to Sacramento...unless they f*** it up.
  14. Yeah he is. That hair will be talked about for quite awhile, just like Jalen Rose's red suit.
  15. Well that's still a great combo at the 2 and 3...could bolster you guys offensively. And on a side note, we have improved defensively every year at the defensive end. But that isn't draft related,
  16. So you would have drafted Jeff Green? I like the trade, just think about that lineup... Rondo, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, Big Al, and whoever your PF is (sorry slipped my mind...LOL) EDIT: Thats a potent offensive starting lineup. But, this is coming from a HUGE fan of the best offensive team in the NBA for the past 3 years.
  17. Yup. Official. Both sides agreed to it.
  18. Yi Jianlin to Milwaukee. I heard that his camp said he might not show up if Milwaukee drafts him. Me personally, I'm not REALLY big on drafting foreign guys, but I never look at video or anything of the foreigners. We'll see though.
