    Well this is my problem with David Wells....last season Curt Schilling was our big trade deadline acquisition (coming back from injury). That didn't work out so well because he hadn't pitched all season...the Red Sox rushed him back. This season its David Wells. He is clearly jumping in too quick and WOW does it show.

    A 43 year old pitcher who has made 2 starts and a bum knee is NOT a good thing to gamble on. Jason Varitek has a strained left knee, Trot Nixon is on the DL, Tim Wakefield has a cracked rib.... ...no trades

    Agreed He doesn't pitch too often lately so we know he is well rested between games pitched. Maybe we should just save Seanez until September and use him up to see what he can give us.
