I really hope they're going to be more careful this time.

This feels like the kind of day when the Yankees' offense is going to pull their disappearing act. If they don't win today, this will have been their sixth straight series that they failed to win. I wonder when the last time that has happened.

He really is. Considering what the rest of their lineup looks like, there's no reason to continue to pitch to Cabrera. But Girardi is absolutely horrendous, so it doesn't surprise me in the least.

And they fail to capitalize. Tex is in a mini slump, and Cano is really struggling. Not the ideal middle of the lineup, and that result doesn't surprise me.
