  1. in every game you've guys have won theres been "holes" in the thread title ex. Roy-Holes, A-Holes...
  2. You forgot to put "holes" in the thread title.
  3. It's not like Mohr has been hurting this team.
  4. Weather.com reports a 20% chance of precipitation now, looking good.
  5. I'm not so sure he will get extended. Remember in arbitration when the sox somewhat lowballed him? I think he might harbor a bit of a grudge over that. But the fact that he could help this team be highly competitive for years to come might outweigh that. Really hard to say. Personally, I think Theo will wait a while on the Beckett extension. They need to see if the blisters will still be a problem. If he's going to be off and on the DL throughout his career (I certainly hope not) then his value will be significantly lower. There have been theories that say the Florida weather had something to do with his blisters, so perhaps Boston will be a better fit for him than anyone expected. I'd love to see them sign him to a 4 or 5 year extension. He's only 25 years old and will be heading into his prime years. Why not lock him up long term? I'd love to see a 5 year 45- 50 million extension.
  6. Question: If Papelbon keeps the closing spot on lockdown, do you guys think there's any chance the Red Sox would trade Foulke before the deadline?
  7. action in the bullpen in the 2nd...OMG, I only thought that was something you saw in the yankee bullpen

  10. I would love to see Boomer come out and have a good game tonight but as far as I'm concerned he is a giant question mark. I don't know much about his rehab start last week but from what I heard it wasn't pretty. Oh well, come on out and prove me wrong tonight Boomer, help the Sox keep this winning streak alive!
  11. Fuentes isn't a sleeper anymore, last year he was, but not anymore.
  12. And we're still 6-1.
  13. Mike Lowell Matt Cain Fransisco Liriano
  14. If you would have told me Beckett would throw 40 pitches walk 3 and give up a run in the first and still go 7 strong only giving up 1 run I'd say your a crackhead but he did and Palpelbon is just steel in the 9th.
  15. greeeeat fenway debut for lowell, 3 2B's
