    i think brown pitching is key. if he pitches well, the yanks only want him going 4 innings, and that will mean they have to bring in their shaky bullpen for a majority of the game. if we can get to brown early and force the bullpen even earlier, we are in good shape today. we also have schilldawg goin, which is always a nice thing.

    maybe this day off is just what tek needs. i dont think he should keep him out of the lineup at all. yes, our magic number is 5 to lock up the WC, but thats 5 WHOLE GAMES to win. we need tek to win, hes a key part of the lineup. maybe once we lock up the WC we can rest him, but even then, i would still play him to keep him in the groove of baseball. too much rest can be catastrophic for a player like him, he needs to consistently play to get better. hes not gunna get better by sitting on the bench.

    first of all, your post makes no f***ing sense. second, your the f***ing retard who doesnt understand that you should become a cubs fan because your favorite player is nomar. cabrera has hit better and played better than nomar has with the red sox all season. the red sox are doing fine with cabrera, and the cubs are doing solid with nomar, its a win win situation...so who the f*** cares?
