    Hey Jacko, he got through the next two innings pretty cleanly. It just looked like good pitching to me. He may be lacking some tools tonight, but he's still being effective. Not to mention it's his first start at the major league level. Regardless, he was good tonight. Lester's at 96 pitches. Does he go out to start the 7th? If his pitch count is limited at 110, they may have him start the 7th at the very least.

    I didn't realize his pitch count was at 87. I thought it was a lot more. I agree that they should let him at least start the 6th depending onto how much trouble he runs into.

    You haven't been here enough to know that ORS likes to bend Jacko over when he's wrong, lol. Basically, Jacko said that Lester shouldn't go out for another inning after his struggles in the 4th. Lester then went back out for the 5th and got the 3 outs quickly.
