    Seriously. f*** Michael Vick. I took one look at my dog when I heard of Vick's indictment and all of the specifics and couldn't even fathom how someone could be so heartless and cold.     I'd rather watch Clement pitch and hope we catch lightning in a bottle than watch the wheels fall off of Tavarez's carriage. The experiment is over. He needs to be put back into the bullpen. Yes, Tavarez, that's a challenge. Make me think otherwise tonight. I just have a hunch that this Mark Buehrle thing is still alive.

    I probably could have used this. Too bad you couldn't have actually slapped me. Luckily, I feel better. But I'm serious about A-Rod in Boston. Probably won't happen, but I would love to see it.

    You're not telling me anything new. The Red Sox suck right now. Instead of nailing the Yanks' coffin shut, we're leaving them on life support. Soon enough they'll come out of the coma. I'm not willing to wait around and let that happen. Luckily, the Yankees have sucked pretty much just as badly as the Sox have. That's why we're still up as much as we are. If we were in any other division, we would be looking up from third place (at the Angels/Mariners and Tigers/Guardians).
