Timlin got Matsui out so you can't complain about that, even though I do think Tito should have brought in Myers. Bernie is a weaker hitter from the left side and he was 3-21 lifetime against Timlin, so I think Tito made the right move in keeping Timlin in to face Bernie.
Of course you wouldn't of started Schilling knowing what you know now, but Schilling at less health is better than whoever else you would have started. Would you have started Wakefield, because he must be tired according to you so he can't pitch? Do you think Lowe would have done much better seeing how he struggled mightily against Tampa Bay and had a horrendous start last time he pitched at Yankee Stadium. It just seems to me that you are just looking to find a reason to criticize Tito for every move he does. but you do this after the fact. I think in no way did Tito cost us the game last night.
